Johnsonville Summer Sausage hasn't changed in 70 years. Traditionally only available in and around our home in Wisconsin, the 'bulk' variety, so named by Johnsonville's members for its inexact weight, is a limited production favorite crafted in a way that allows the sausage to dry over time, concentrating that famous Johnsonville flavor.
